That phrase is usually used to justify paying more, but Ty Travelbee and his team completely proved the opposite. Not only were they more affordable than the other inspectors we looked into, but they also provided one of the most thorough, organized, and impressive services we've ever experienced and they were able to get us scheduled on very short notice during our option period.
They exceeded every expectation we had. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to walk us through everything in detail, and made sure we truly understood the condition of the home instead of simply handing us a report.
The report itself was phenomenal; complete with videos, clear categories, and color-coded priorities that made it easy to understand what needed immediate attention versus what could wait. It turned what could have been an overwhelming process into something we felt confident navigating. This report made my little admin heart happy! Love the details.
What impressed us most was how much Ty genuinely cared. He was personable, patient with every question we had, and even provided additional help after the inspection was complete. That level of service truly went above and beyond.
